THE PROTECTION OF PERSONAL INFORMATION ACT
- As part of the membership, the CLIENT and/or the Parent/Guardian shall be required to provide Personal Information to Littleware.
- The CLIENT or Parent/Guardian hereby records and agrees that Littleware will store the Personal Information of the CLIENT and/or the Parent/Guardian in paper and electronic format and accordingly hereby provides express consent as contemplated in POPIA, including section 11(1)(a), to the collection and Processing of the CLIENT's and the Parent/Guardian's Personal Information.
- Littleware confirms that the purpose for the collection
and the Processing of the Personal Information, as
contemplated in sections 13 and 15 of the POPIA shall be
limited to enable the CLIENT's full enjoyment of the
membership to Littleware, including providing Personal
Information:
- to Littleware's accountant for billing purposes;
- to instructors of Littleware to ensure better service provision by Littleware;
- (by accepting this form, the CLIENT and/or Parent/Guardian hereby consents to receiving such group electronic communications); and
- Should the CLIENT or Parent/Guardian object or withdraw its consent on any of the foregoing, this must be communicated in writing and Littleware will use all reasonable endeavours to execute the written instruction as soon as possible after receipt thereof.
- The CLIENT or Parent/Guardian hereby warrants and undertakes to provide Littleware with current, relevant and updated information.
