Is there a setup fee?

No. There is no setup fee, no onboarding fee, and no contract. Pay R 180 per month and cancel anytime.

How many users can I add?

Unlimited users at no extra cost. Add your receptionist, bookkeeper, coaches, and assistants — they all work on the same system.

How many students or clients can I have?

Unlimited. The price is the same whether you have 10 students or 1 000.

Do I need to install anything?

No. Fundi Invoicing is fully web-based. It works in any browser on any computer, tablet, or phone. Nothing to install or update.

Is VAT included in the R 180 price?

Please contact us to confirm the current VAT position for your subscription.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. There is no lock-in contract. You can cancel your subscription at any time and you will not be billed again.

What is the extra storage charge?

Your subscription includes the base application storage. If you ever exceed it, additional storage is R 100 per GB. Most businesses never need extra storage.
